- Job Requirements
1.1 At least 1 year working experience in international business development
1.2 English is good as business and working language, second language like Italian/German/Spanish/French will be additional advantage.
1.3 Familiar with international sales process, good sales skills and experience.
1.4 With certain marketing knowledge, able to collect market information and make effective analysis for management team’s reference.
1.5 Knowledge with ABL relative products or target customers’ business.
1.6 Good experience in Key Account management is preferred.
1.7 Professional project management skill will be additional advantage.
1.8 Customer demand orientation, keen interpersonal relationship, strong executive power, aggressive self-motivation.
- Job Description
2.1 New Customer Development: (40%)
– Keep effective meeting or face-to-face commucation with potential new clients to understand their needs or concerns to win their final confidence and willing to start business relationship with ABL.
– Follow up and close the whole business process from new customer development to sales contract signing and order confirmation.
2.2 Existing Customer Mantainance: (30%)
– Arrange regular visiting and meeting with individual existing customers to maintain a good long-term business relationship.
– Keep good daily conversations with existing customers on updates of new company technology or capability to develop their related further demands or requirements.
– Asist to handle the customer complaint issues in time and work with Headquarter team to maintain a good customer satisfaction rate.
- Order/Project Follow-up: (20%)
- Keep close following-up of individual ordersand projects to assure the progress and result on time.
- Aggressively drive a clear-cut sales goals together with Headquarter team.
2.3 Other commericial Responsibility: (10%)
– Be assistance to complelte some required local marketing jobs, including but not limited to marketing research reports,local resources developments, group commercial activities, etc.
– Keep a close eye on the increasing trend of new potential applications of ABL manufacturing capabilities and technologies.
